Team Fortress 2 - Server Lag Due to Latest Valve Patch

Some of you may have noticed lag on large Teamfortress 2 servers 
since the Valve update yesterday morning. After some investigation we 
have identified that this update has significantly increased the CPU 
requirements of TF2 servers to the point of overload for servers above 
24 players.

Hi guys,

first of all I am sorry for the problems on our server which we discovered lately.

The reason for this is  that after the latest update the serverload increased again and tf2 is using much more cpu then before on the server.

This leads to an autoshutdown of the server everytime the cpu usage goes over a certain limit.

like: 15:22:57   clanforge_auto   Server had issues ( using too much CPU [226.165 > 125] ) for 60 seconds ( Restarted 0 time(s) )

After talking to our providers support  they raised our given cpu usage +100% then normal until they find a better solution.

Last night; the free top-down shoot-em-up game Alienswarm got released.

The makers of the UnrealTournament2004's Alienswarm modification; accompanied
by Valve have made a game that is totally free to the public

Including 61 achievements ; 4 classes ; 40 weapons and alot of parasites.
If that has not confinced you into downloading it for free; the Alienswarm-TF2-Achievement-hat maybe will?
